Which is the VC taken south about 6-7 years ago?

We watched it crash into the resteraunt barge near Inverness and then met the old boys coaling it.

As a by the way, I passed through Inveraray yesterday and 'The Vital Spark', (ex Eilean Eisdeal) is still sitting along side and drying out every tide. Her hull must be in a perilous condition by now as she has been there for years. Probably another right off.

The puffer at Inveraray is well on her way to being functional again - being restored by Archie McArthur. He also owned Auld Reekie at some point in the past so has a fair bit of puffer experience.

Was that maybe the VIC96 (http://www.vic96.co.uk/history.html) on her way from Maryport to Chatham? The VIC56 (http://www.vic56.co.uk/) is also there, but a trip through the canal seems less plausible for her.

Calvin B Marshall was a sigma 41, for sale a couple of years ago under a different name

Thanks for the update, Tudor Rose was the other Sigma 41 that raced in the same races as Calvin B Marshal on occasion.
