Can anyone suggest a contact within driving distance of Burnham on Crouch, Essex for a course and exam during Easter week. SWMBO and self have unexpected week off and would like a break during the week from working on the boat. PM any numbers and thanks.

Try Des Purcell at Crouch Sailing School. He did mine. 1 day course with exam at end inc DSC. Round about 80 quid.

Hi , we do keep missing each other dont we/forums/images/icons/smile.gif. never mind. I have just completed mine at st Peters school in burnham run by a very nice chap called Brian who also teached yachtmaster, could be worth giving the school a ring.

Yea, my fault. Plans been erratic lately as I am retiring this week (after much persuation from SWMBO) so have been trying to get all sorts done. Could you let me have a number for Brian and I will ring him. Thank you all. Will PM you some time this week as I hope to come down Squidge.
