Vetus bow thruster

Hi. Can anyone identify this Vetus bow thruster? Just can't read the first two parts of the model number and Google is not helping! Thanks! Poor photo as v hard to access, so had to video, then screen shot.

Looks like TF12 "type", according to the parts guide it would be a "BOW5012 TOT 3-93"
