Very poor Keller taps on my Sealine

The outside taps on my Sealine S37 (deck shower and deck basin) have plastic "Keller" taps fitted. After leaving them for a few months the taps jam, just a little, but enough to round off the inside of the plastic tap head with the tap shank.
I had the same problem with my earlier S24. Is this a common problem and where can I buy just the replacement tap head. I've tried googling with no results.
