I am finding it comes and goes - really fast right now - ie not slow
and then it took 23 seconds to accpet this post ...ugh!

Yep, seems slow for 60% of the time, sometimes unusable, but after I go away for a few minutes and return all back to normal. Also seems to make no difference as to time of day.
