This morning looking out over the channel there is a really bright star (looking South from Cardiff) which i think is Venus. I read about it and one bit said 'Other than the hellish heat, a crushing carbon dioxide atmosphere and corrosive clouds of sulfuric acid, Venus is a lot like Earth, scientists said yesterday.'

It's like earth in that it's a planet and not a star - I'm still not going to visit though!

I altered course for it while coming up the Channel early one morning! I thought it was a large vessel on a constant bearing.
