It is now day 49 ,so far I have not been able to watch anything at all .
Come on hands up!!, surely this fiasco cannot continue.

Yeah complained several times but to no avail.
I don't think that I can now approach the credit card company because of the time involved , ie 49 days.

Look on www.saga.co.uk you can get reports for free bit wooden tho,. Have they actually taken your money? if so and all things being equal then a refund is due.

Seems to me that you have very clear and obvious case under Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). Call your Trading Standards people they will advise. The 49 day period is almost certainly irrelevant
