VAT on yacht import from Norway

Does anybody know what the situation is re paying VAT in UK on a used boat bought in Norway for use in UK? There appears to be special arrangements for countries such as Norway, but does that include mutual relief on VAT? Advice and pointer to source would be appreciated. Cheers.
