My floor panels are becoming tired , plan is to sand back and varnish.
The existing finish is probably multiple coats of good quality varnish, which is a little slippery when wet.
Hoping to achieve a non slip hard durable finish to complement my mature teak and holly floor panels.
Anyone any recommendations, or will I be building up multiple layers of Epifines

Blackfriars water based floor varnish, try amazon for a good price
Not as shiny as oil based gloss varnish but very durable & nonslip

I had great success in my cabin with Deks Olje D2, outside in the cockpit too was very good, easy to maintain as you can wipe on another coat with a rag, cockpit only uncovered when boat in use.

It was a motorboat though, so not generally wet or at a funny angle of dangle!

Looked lovely.

I used Ronseal satin. Very hard wearing, fairly good non-slip and fast drying. Satin is quite shiny when new, you may prefer mat.

+1 for Ronseal Diamond Hard Satin.
It was glossier than I anticipated when new but went on very easily, seems tough and (owing to a washing up bowl incident whilst on passage) I can vouch for it not being slippery when it's wet.

Just been through the same thing, after a lot of water damage last winter.

Took all the boards out, stripped them with the heat gun. Then started all over again.

Used this varnish and pleased with the result. Took my time and put 6 coats on.

My mistake was to use the flat version. It is very flat. If I was doing it again I would try the satin
