I am coming over from the dark side (mobo) and i asked this question over there to little response, so can anyone help. I took delivery of a new boat in February and from the word go I have had problems with the varnish on the interior woodwork marking. I have complained formally to the broker who has inspected the woodwork and pronounced it ok (he would, would'nt he?). Should i get a independent survey done, and use this to effect a solution and if that is your recommendation does anyone know a surveyer in the Plymouth area?

Tis the only way forward. cost of the surveyor's time will be well spent, although he may not go beyond wear and tear, at least you will know whether it is worth taking further

Good Luck
