Happy to report that at great expense the "Electric Lighter Flameless Safety Fire Lighter Candle Lighter Rechargeable Arc Lighter" worked perfectly, and lit my Origo as swiftly as anything else ever has.

Out of interest, would a leaking butane gas refill (250ml I am not talking about the mega sized ones) create an explosive atmosphere in a small boat (24ft).
I used to get very small refills from tobacconists but they are few and far between now. I do keep the 250ml one with the gas bottle in the vented fuel locker.
