Does anyone know if it is possible to get a local French SIM to use in a T-mobile 3G PCIMIA card? Will the card need unlocking? Thanks

Using a UK 3G data card in France - get local sim?

Don't know whether the card will need unlocking but the new sim card will have to be enabled to download data. Never seen them on sale. Last time I used a similar system it took Vodaphone a couple of days to sort out the correct tariff and enable the sim card.
