USB Wall Socket

Hi,
My boat has an old 3 Pin 3A wall socket. I would like to replace it with a double USB wall socket. I’ve only seen 220V versions, has anyone seen a 12V version?
eBay is full of the smaller units that replace a cigarette lighter sized unit but I’m looking for something bigger.

Alternatively, make up your own blanking plate to cover the hole left by the old one. Bit of 2mm coloured acrylic maybe

Thanks folks,
I’ve ordered a larger 4 unit version off eBay to see what it looks like. It has a double usb, cigarette lighter plug, switch and voltmeter. I’ll use it at the upper helm if it doesn’t suit in the main saloon.
