For navigation I normally use a small Dell laptop with USB GPS. As I also have a Macbook pro, I had the idea to use my chart software on the Mac with Windows parallel (I can use both Windows and Apple on this fine machine). The software is running OK. I installed the (Windows) drivers of my USB GPS as well. Alas, the software, nor Windows, sees the GPS mouse.
Anybody any idea how I could solve this? I can't see any comports in Windows, but the drivers (that should create them) are there, in program files.

Hmm, sounds strange. I'm using Fusion and it works like a charm there, even with the real picky and horrible C-Map card reader you need to use for their so-called planning software. I've got a GPS-logger (a GPS with big memory) that connects to XP via USB and Fusion without problems.
Did you go through the 'add new hardware' chore of XP after you connected the GPS and after Parallels activated the USB within XP (check the device manager in Windows)?

Cheers,

Arno
