bellingdon charts - Tides End supply photocopies of US charts at 2/3rd size. about $4.50 a chart if I remember rightly - Perfectly legal and excellent quality - I used them almost exclusively for most of my circumnavigation.

I think Maptech has by far the best download site for the free US charts. It's at:

Yet another example of rip-off Britain.

US charts are available free of charge for download because public money ( i.e. tax dollars ) were used to collect the data.

UKHO charts should be free too !!!
