Urgent small rib repair solent area

Well hopefully I am off to the channel islands on saturday.

I have just got a nice new (to me) 10 hp 2 stroke from roger rat.

My bombadier rib has been in my back garden on its side for a couple of years. Unfortunately there is rot in the corner of the transom where water has puddled.

I need a new wooden transom bonding in.

Do you know anyone who can do it quickly?

Or tell me what type of adhesive i need to do it myself?

Ron Hale marine in Portsmouth do repairs, but I don't know how quickly they would manage it.

It is loaded on the car to see which can help.

You can borrow 'Kita', my 3.5m rib laying on my berth at Foulkes if you like. Has four lift points to dangle from the davits if of use. It is a bit scruffy, but with a 15HP Suzuki on the back it goes like Winnies namesake off a sticky thing. If you want it let me know as I will load my bagged tender from the shed.
