Can anyone please tell me what organisation provides boat licences for the above.
I've googled R.Avon, Upper Avon etc etc and can't find any info on this subject.

I went to College in Stratford & later worked there for four years and never, in all that time, noticed a Marina... have they put pontoons in the basin as was once mooted?
