I was down there yesterday, house hunting, still all looks a little Heath Robinson to me!
But no, apart from the locked yard, no security, lots of mud and I guess pretty limited tidal access.
When I last enquired it wasn't that cheap either.

Access nil on neaps hour or two each side of HW on springs. Mud is quite steeply banked on some berths. Quite a tranquil spot.Some interesting walks ashore. seems like a different (quieter)world from nearby Weston S.M.
