Has anyone an idea on the brand of the gyro stabilizer as in attached image?

I found this Gyro on a Raphael Marco polo 58 (Italian builder).

It look very simple design, flywheel with engine and a rack and pinion to rotate.
No cooling no hydraulic

I wonder whether this works as well as Seakeeper.
Specifications are comparable:
Seakeeper S6
Angular Momentum at Rated RPM 6,000 N-M-S
Anti-Rolling Torque at Rated RPM 15,690 N-M

MC² X19
Angular Momentum at Rated RPM 6090 N·m·s
Torque at Rated RPM 18700 N·m

It’s not as high tech as a Seakeeper, not as efficient or as quiet. But it’s cheaper, easy to install, and less to go wrong, it’s also easy to put in as many small ones as you want where ever you want them if room for a single big one is a problem
