Underwater inspection camera

Thanks all. After some deliberation I bought a simple borescope with 10m of cable. This looks fine on test indoors but The software is on a disk and I have no disc drive on my boat lappy so I will have to sort that out. The picture looks good The 'kit' takes up no room and as matt341 says there will be lots of other uses around the boat.

With any luck the laptop should recognise it as just another USB camera and you won't need the software supplied.

Wouldn't a GOPRO camera do the job ? After all, the latest ones have Bluetooth so you can view/record on a laptop or handheld tablet. When your not using for underwater inspections it can be used as a stills camera or to make some great sailing vids !

Yes it is! We use such type of camera in job (underwater inspection).
