Given the timescale, just wondered if anybody had bought one and can give us some feedback. ?

That's a cheap solution! Unsure if any good but I got one of these a few christmases ago and it's brilliant for checking the keel is still there etc:

The appeal was the ability to view without having to get wet.....albeit with a pole and some gaffer tape

Hehe, well, I had wet arms

You could use pole and gaffer tape with the Kodak also though.

Maplins were selling a complete outfit including mono monitor for about £50. I've got one and it's been remarkable value for money!

Bought one and it seems to work okay, and at least out of the water the picture quality is fine. Though at this stage all I have done is just dangled it in dock and didn't attempt to view my prop or rudder.

In hindsight I would have bought one with the longest lead available.

I'll try a capture a few pictures of my prop this weekend though the variable clarity of our dock water may cause problems.

I'm now thinking of buying a few small bilge pumps and build a little R.O.V with it. Or half build it and dump in the garage with my other half baked ideas.

We have one too and it works fine. I wouldn't be keen on a USB one myself because I don't go round with a laptop, would rather go comp video with something like

I've got one the same, but not the same seller. Works much better than the £100 wireless endoscope I bought. Haven't tested it underwater, yet!
