Uncertain future

I know we have all heard it all before but try looking at oil websites and you will find that the mighty US economy is soon to run out of domestic oil and then will be forced to buy it all on the international market. How much this will raise the price of a barrel is anyones guess.

Unless our boat builders start looking at fuel economy instead of style, I can't see the power boat as we know it surviving. There surely isn't any long term future for boats with a fuel consumption of around 1 mpg, is there?

Well dont forget we have just bought out Iraq oil and President Bush is busily looking at other takeover options. So Isee no short term fuel problems. Though the natives may well be a bit upset!!
