Only two days after putting Paulines guidlines into practice in my company and already productivity and morale are up, absenteeism is down and all industrial unrest has been eliminated.

Why hasn't the DTI or the CBI come out with insights like this before?

Is this the sort of stuff you learn in MBA college?
