If you don't mind me making a comment. "Epoxy coated hull" sounds a little strange. Sounds like you've done something to it to make it watertight. How about "GRP hull" ?

Great Advert Rob,

and more importantly great pictures! The only thing I would add is a 'plan' picture. Looks like you did a great job transforming her as well. £50k seems a fair price in the current Market and so fingers crossed for you!
