ultrasonic antifouling: pic programming sw

hi everybody, new in this forum.

i'm trying to replicate the us antifouling system shown in 2 articles published on silicon chip a couple of years ago.
so i bought the issues but.....i couldn't find the pic programming software.

i've read that many of you did the same of what i'm doing, so i'm asking if there is someone who can help me through sending me the mentioned software.

Rather than try to build one you can buy one that is extremely efficient and has been keeping my running gear clean for over a year. Just a minor wipe down on the water line and off I go.
