interesting interpretation - looking at the items and complaints I suspect 2 sides to this/these although the whole issue of using a picture of a camera phone in an add for the software for the unit (every picture actually) is certainly a buyer beware sign!
The seller that pi$$ed Fish_Mike off is now NARU'ed (no longer a registered user). Ebay have struck him off. It will take months (possibly forever) for eBay to remove the negative strike against Fish_Mike. eBay might also strike him out as well as what he has done is against eBay's T's & C's
I dunno, I looked at the ad, it was for software, and the blurb said "look at the pic, is this really the phone YOU are using?" (OWTTE). eBay is full of ads for stuff which sortof looks like a thingy, but is really an accessory for the thingy... for lots of thingys, if you follow my drift.
He has recd v few negatives, and a load of positives. Maybe the stuff got lost in the post, and Lakesailor is going ape a bit prematurely?? Anyway, look at the list of stuff expected for a tenner?? I note it includes the UK Admiralty tide program... that cant be kosher.
The bad guy set up a new user nk_1984 - he's been NARU'ed as well. He was "selling" stuff to himself to improve his rating so the word "scumbag" springs to mind.
Still surprises me that even though there were clear feedback messages not to deal with this guy that folk still did - no one seemed to use the ask the seller a question. It's clear to me he was selling CD's (not phones) but from feedback these were fake and crap..
Who gives a toss??? Plenty of people those strange folk north
the border, who do things with Cabers, all those folk in
pancake races, some norty wimmin, thats just a small cross
section. You really must respect their customs and dare i say
perversions
