A friend, an ex RN submariner, was boarded by Border Farce not far from Plymouth because he had anchored his boat “in the wrong place” and he “seemed to be on his own”. He was indeed on his own on a big boat and had anchored where he was because the wind was easterly. He had to explain the relevance of the wind direction to them.

I think you can find jacks in office everywhere.

I did ask about being registered on the SSR and based in Uk water, I was informed that it entitled me to fly the Ensign flag,
