UK Map of coast guard areas

Does anyone know where I might download a map of the UK coast line, showing the various areas (ie Dover/Thames boundry) please?

I am sure I have seen one but a quick googling has not turned up the goods.

Is this any use?
(it's a bit small but if you hold the ctrl key and wiggle the scroll button on your mouse you can zoom in - I seem to remember you use a Mac Adrian?)

Not a map, but the areas are described here on the MCGA website.

Lots of maps (good ones of police fire and ambulance areas but not so good of the CG areas ) in this document http://www.mcga.gov.uk/c4mca/mcga-uk_sar_framework_document.pdf

Do a google on Sea Areas, Shipping Forecast and you get loads. My favourite is this one here written for sea kayakers who I would have thought would have been quite sensitive towards gale warnings, etc.

It's also got a link at the bottom to allow you to print all the maps and guides off as a PDF...

Edit.. Just noticed you said Coastguard Areas so how about this?
