A friend of mine has a UFO 31 called Hi Uforia (which is for sale), a coincidence given your username!
I don't know much about them but I have sailed it and was quite impressed.
I shall see if he has any information.
I've had a Ufo 31 for 3 season's and am very pleased with it.We looked at several and it was noticeable how the quality of fit out differed, some being home finished & some professionally fitted.[The pro ones were not always the best]
Performance is excellent, especially upwind, but because of the small mainsail, downwind is not so sparkling until the kite goes up,then hang on!
They seem good value, possible because the layout is a bit dated and are not very well known by the newer converts to yachting.
The Colvic hulls have a good reputation for build quality and osmosis.
One quibble is the IOR rig with huge headsails which makes frequent tacking an aerobic workout.Budget for big self tailing winches.
They are fun to sail and easy to handle short handed.
Last year we saw many Ufo's in Holland, I regard that as an endorsement as the Dutch have an eye for good boats.
Good luck
