UBT Marine

This morning I received a very nice RNLI Christmas Card, with a Southampoton postmark on it, personally signed by all the nice people at UBT Marine . The only trouble is that I have never heard of UBT Marine and have no recollection of ever doing business with them......

Who are they and what do they do/sell? Can anyone enlighten me please?
