That unlicensed boat moved between Molesey and Kingston, until it took up residence on those 24 hour moorings with its other friends, who have been hogging the 24hr moorings for months.
I'm not surprised it sunk and I'm annoyed that the Council aren't moving these boats on when they say they have the power to do so.

I did request a Bofors 60/40 & torpedo tubes be fitted to the fore deck of my Mitchell 31 patrol boat but the EA refused, something about excessive force.
