Two extremes

I motored past you in the dinghy yesterday morning, sat in the cockpit with a laptop, all looked very comfy and pleasant, I was going to shout hello, but thought better of it, you'd be wondering who the wierdo in the dinghy shouting at you was...

All the weirdos shout at me Ben so it would've been the norm lol. Next time, pull in and have a cuppa. (mind you...I was probably still in my pjs!!)

Here in Swanwick right now....1st pic from the stern, 2nd from the bow :eek:

I had 2 extremes yesterday, left hamble in lovely sunshine and planed up southampton water in flat calm. Went to boat show. Got back to my marina in the evening when wind was reportedly gusting an 8. I had extra fenders out for sure.

But i didn't manage it at the same time, just the same day!!!

Took this pic on Saturday afternoon after we got back from sibs. Just iPhone pic which was a shame as could not zoom in, but you get the idea, the sun shining down on the boats up the river from mercury was stunning.

I thought that you couldn't zoom on an iPhone until this weekend when my daughter asked how to do it on her new phone. I said you couldn't and in a nanosecond she sussed that you can by spreading two fingers across the screen as you do to zoom in on anything else. Doh!!!

yes, as Lynall says, the quality goes through the floor and you just get a horrid fuzzy camera phone pic of the type we all were used to before the iphone appeared.
