Brilliant service 1.

I walked into Seamark Nunn with a well used Harken 1566 (mid range fiddle block with cam cleat) missing its cam cleat and asked if it would be possible to buy the cam cleat separately and refit it. Andrew Nunn said he would phone Harken UK and to leave it with him as it was a non standard item. I walked back to my car and before I drove off I got an email saying that the part will have to come from the USA as it's a one off, and the price - which was reasonable.

Brilliant service 2.

The new to me boat came with a GN Espace Ocean Chef cooker, missing its ignition switch, grill deflector and knockdown clamps for the gimbals. An email to GN Espace resulted in all the spares, fitting instructions and a long range cruising spares kit, all at a very reasonable price.

I will just add that both the block and the cooker are really excellent bits of kit.

Also agree - sent my torqeedo off for the 5 and 8 yr service (it had been missed) and a repair. They were excellent in advice, service

A pleasure to deal with

Ordered 2 cheek blocks from SeaMark and waited but nothing came , I have been trying to get these and been let down by 2 other suppliers
Sent email to Office and they got back to me right away with an explantion of suppilers changing for this product in the UK and they tracked it down for me , and gave me a def, delivery day
Very helpful and pleasant and are best priced out there for certain products
