and there is a half tonner hull for 3k that needs fitting out but includes rudder and keel!!!!!

I'm going to show my boaty ignorance here so apologies.

I've looked at the photo's of that again and again, and I can't make it out.

It appears to be a 27 ft dinghy with no accommodation, no cabin, and I can't even see anywhere to sit!

Am I missing something? clearly a different sort of sailing to what interests me, but even though it's a much bigger boat than mine, and quite probably sails a lot better, it would hold virtually no interest to me, and no I wouldn't swap.

I have to agree with PD - I love the lines but that's a minority interest boat.

I don't think there are any bargains on Ebay. List an item of 99p no reserve and you will find out how much it's worth. Less then £450 in this case.

The Caprice has 27 bids and not got very far, £610: I guess that in 1974 it was heavily moulded, all the bits and pieces are worth a bit. Or will it suddenly get last minute bids.

Pretty certain its not a Soling, and its advertised as a Solent 27 anyway.....whatever one of those is??
