The Offshore Monte Carlo is a runabout with a cuddy cabin forward.
Offshore Montecarlo
The company is a in simple terms a Riva offshot, the model range started with the 28, 30, and then a 32 made by Cantieri di Sarnico.
When the 28 was launched it was the first production boat to feature a stepped hull.
Most units launched in the eighties where petrol engine powered with Crusaders with the big engine option on a 30 doing fifty knots plus.
The original brand was Offshorer who after the 28 and 30 also released a 40. The design and molds since then have been resurrected a few times, with the first being Cantieri di Sarnico in the end nineties, and now there is two, Montecarlo Offshore and Ram. The model has an important status in around the South the France, nearly as much as a Riva Aquarama.
A friend of myn has a Riva Super Aquarama and a red black Offshore 30 Monte Carlo.
He always said you have the Riva to stay looking at her and never get fed up, and the Monte Carlo to look at and go challenging the seas when it is a bit choppy.
Pershing 37 is a very good boat, having one of the best technical sides you can find (superb laid engine room).
It's interior comfort is okay for a family of four - two adults two kids (cabin version).
Its cockpit though is superb with a nice aft sunpad, C-shaped dinette and wet bar.
She takes sea very well, but has a turning circle of an air craft carrier.
If you want something there is other Italian boats which offered sub eleven meters on shafts from mid 2000s.
Intermare, Portofino Marine, Cayman Yachts, Uniesse also did the Giant series in the 90s at sub 30 feet, and Ars come to mind.
