Can anyone think of any 25 knot cruising speed 10m boats with twin shafts? Nimbus Nova Coupe would be perfect but has outdrives and I fancy a change.

Very few boats at that size have shafts. There was a Doral 330 made with twin shafts in the late 90's/early 2000's. There are also boats like the VikingMarine 285 pilot but again finding one might be a challenge.

The vast (like 95%) of boats sub 11m will be on drives unless very old.

You could buy a classic Fairey - fast, race pedigree, good looks and twin shaft
 
As Whitelighter suggests any of the classic Fairey's will do that. Choose from wooden - Huntsman 31 or Swordsman or GRP Spearfish or Fantome.

Or how about one of the more recently built Swordsman Marine boats?
 
Jeanneau Prestige 32. Its a flybridge as well on shafts. We can do 25 knots but prefer to tootle at 22/23. Quite a modern looking boat.
 
This is an interesting post!
For those of us that have had it drummed into us that having outdrives will knock 10 years off your boating lifespan; eliminates the sports cruiser range like the Targas and if you not comfortable with the smaller fly-bridge cruisers then you are rather limited in your choice.
I did see a Pershing 33 locally with twin 300 hp Iveco Aifo diesels price around 30K.

Dont look like it to me either. If the props are surface piercing then the rudders must be very special fresh air rudders
 
The Rodman 1040/970 models might just get past 25kts
 
The Corvette 320's post 1995 with the ~330 HP Yanmars will top out around 28-30 knots, but will like the fuel. These will fast cruise at 23 - 25 knots with a clean hull and props, but also happy to plod along at 7-8 knots.
 
If money is no object, then an iconic Bertram 31 in mint condition might be a contender?

There are 43 Bertram 31's worldwide for sale currently......

Although realistically, the Luhrs 28 mentioned above would be more practical really.

Similarly, this Carolina Classic would probably meet the requirements, altho' she is on the other side of the Atlantic.
