Twin Pilot Gas Alarm

Above the terminal blocks on the alarm is No 1 on the left and No 11 on the right. Sensor one goes in terminals 3-5 and sensor 2 in terminals 6-8 respectively as below.

Sensor 1
Brown wire to terminal 3
Green/yellow wire to terminal 4
Blue wire to terminal 5

Sensor 2
Brown wire to terminal 6
Green/yellow wire to terminal 7
Blue wire to terminal 8

If you have a solenoid then terminals 1 and 2 of the valve (3 is not used) go to terminals 9 and 10 on the box (either way as polarity does not matter).

Power supply direct from master switch
Positive to terminal 1
Negative to terminal 2

Terminal 11 is for connecting more alarms together.

I will send you a pm with a copy of the instructions.

It's probably because mine has the solenoid hence two extra terminals. I was hoping yours would have the same terminal block inside as mine.

Mine are also labelled:

'Supply' under terminals 1 and 2 with + and -
'Sensor 1' under terminals 3, 4 and 5 with +5V SIG -
'Sensor 2' under terminals 6, 7 and 8 with +5V SIG -
'Valve' under terminals 9 and 10 with - and +
'I/O' under terminal 11 with -

Mine is probably about 2 years old.

You could try contacting Technisol .
