Currently my steering is out of adjustment. The outdrives can go further over to starboard than they can to port. Can't find anything in my manual on how to adjust them and was wondering if anyone here knows.

Cheers.

I have a similar issue and I think it may have something to do on mine regarding the bell crank throw from the steering arm. In my minds eye the clamp to the steering helmet shaft doesn't appear to be centred so that when the lever is thrown it does not describe an equivalent linear throw across each arc of travel of the lever.

I would think that you should establish whether the problem is in the set up or in the the adjustment first by disconnecting the steering mechanism from the legs/tie bar and then you should check that the legs reach the stops
Along with checking that the steering mechanism connection is mid stroke should give you an indication of where the problem is.
It is a common mistake to assume that the actuator or cable is connected at 90* to the end of tiller arm (in the case of a connection to tiebar you have to envision a tiebar ) as the tiebar goes through an arc it should be nearer the fulcrum at a mid point of the height of the arc with the arm midships
This is much easier to draw than explain
