TVolvo TAMD63P Turbo not reving above 1300 Rpm

well i was able to pull the turbo and found a lot of corrosion / soot at the exhaust. the elbow looks pristine though. other turbo and rest of this turbo surfaces look like the elbow. looks like no scrapes or chips on the blades so ill find a nearby shop to hopefully rebuild/repair this...wish me luck.

when it comes to reinstallation, which gaskets/washers are a must replace? ill get the correct parts ordered through volvo. i also heard it is important to fill the top oil port with oil, feel free to share any re-install tips. thanks!

found a shop who rebuilt the turbo, there was no water ingress, it was all soot. cleaned and rebooted, ready for install.
