Turbos

Anyone got any experiance with iron age turbo's?Not sure of the make as there are no markings.Basically what happened was went up to full power,left engine pulled 2600,right 2200,left 7 boost(whatever units)right 0.Followed swiftly by oil venting out of the dipstick.The turbo wastegate vents into the crankcase breather,then to atmosphere.All the engine seals seem ok,so it looks like a stuck wastegate,Ill be taking it off tonight,anyone know good people with turbos in the London/kent area?

I haven't refitted the turbo yet, so no Guarantees.

Righto.The people to talk to are Freedom Marine at Folkstone.Colin or Jeff.
01303 862215.An old fashioned marine engineers with proper job and no silly prices.They will need to know engine type and any details on blowers.
