Tullich/Lass of Gowrie

I am currently restoring a 30 ft auxilliary yacht (cutter), built by Brooke Marine, Lowestoft in 1937 - designed by Wilton W Downing of Rochester (a naval architect) for Hamish Nicholl FRCS. I am unsure of its original name, both of the above appear on the original bill of sale (of which I have a copy).

Does anyone know anything of the above characters or indeed the boat? She was on the Hamble when I purchased her.
