Well it might just have been "stolen" by the storms this January.. but the port life buoy has gone missing from Conwy Marina in N Wales.. Strangely the cord to the floating light looks untied rather than frayed or cut, which is a bit strange. It is probably floating around the Irish Sea and will get washed up on a beach. Perhaps lost life buoys could be used to collect data on ocean currents? Anyway if anyone finds it please PM me so I can have it back, as you can see it is nicely decorated with the boat's name Tui and retroreflective tape.
