Tube Rolling for Spray Hood, between Solent & Heathrow

Looking for someone to make Spray Hood tubing for cheaper than the £700 quoted. As the curve is gradual, have been told the tube needs rolling and not bending.

Any suggestions? Live near heathrow and have diagrams which I could drop off on way to solent.

What is the radius?

19 ID. Two tubes bent length, 2250mm. I think the radius is about 450mm
