Are the two TSS traffic lanes oriented the same way (traffic flow keeps the right hand lane) in every TSS in the world ?

I went through the IMO Circ 1060 and I did not find any mention of this as a requirement so it does not seem strictly mandatory, but a quick look through a few charts showed they are indeed organised that way.

Publication INT1 also shows the TSS with right hand traffic.

Does anyone know of places in the world where traffic in a TSS keeps the left hand lane, either IMO approved TSS's or Local TSS's ?

I've always been thought that TSSs around the world are organised so that vessels will pass each other 'red on red'.
By keeping to the right hand side of their respective lanes, the distance between them is always maximised (and keeping to the left would make no sense at all).

For the most part all IMO aproved or adopted TTS are the same even non adopted.
There are some exceptions in the case of deep draught routes which in a few cases may be to the left of the oposite main trafic lane.
One I can think of off hand is the deep draught route between Singapore Straights and Malaca Straights however the direction of flow is still the same in the TSS and The Deep Draught Route (30 plus years since I was through there it may be different now)
There are also ocasions and places where local traffic not using the TSS may use an inshore route and have opposing traffic between TSS and shore.

In any 'channel', vessels pass as mentioned by OR4571, red to red.
TSS's are simply an extension of that rule.
