Obviously this would not have happened if the skippers had taken a basic driving licence qualificatin such as an ICC.

If so then it is a bit harsh to say that "Marti Princess rammed into the German-flagged Renate Schulte"
From the pictures I would say that it was Renate Schulte that did the ramming!
