5% - not what GB wants but not too bad - we have had new pontoons and /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif a new water heater in the gents loo /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Mind you - no free summer storage of trailers or cradles and no free winter use of their cradles. Is this reasonable or greedy - or just wanting a better return on huge capital value?

Just to upset them down south - it's £2,367 for a 31 footer.

Guapa - no we didn't ask for them but they were needed. I think that it is a Lidl kind of place which is what we like about it /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well my pontoon berth in The Solent is £550 with power and water and secure carpark. Secure access, clubhouse, cheap beer, workshop, mast derrick, friendly club.

Access s about 1 hr each side of low water so not too bad

Up a similar amount...... £3,770 for 40'..... we also need to rent a cradle when ashore at about £60 per month, or pay for summer storage of your own cradle.....

But at least we've still got our baths /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif..... and despite not getting new showers, we are getting a nice new access road with a boardwalk!

That's expensive relatively - at our rate a 40' would be £3054 but we don't have an expensive lock to maintain - just a silted up creek!

Cradle rental will be £100 for standard - £120 for 6-leg which is not too bad then even though they are not very smart. £50 to store your own over the summer is a rip off though - mine collapses and takes up very little space (words will be had).
