Hi everybody,

It seems that BAVARIA’s policy is to ignore complains and to sit out all reported manufacturing faults to keep down costs and to maximize profits! Check the documents and you will see, that BAVARIA’s Customer Services hardly answer any e-mails concerning complains!

Dear Sir,

I send you this e-mail with the URL to my Website attached for your kind consideration of reading it and possible acting in a way that Bavaria Headquarter may deviate from its policy of ignoring and sitting out all claims against manufacturing faults. As you will see on my Website I had considerable problems with my Bavaria 38, which I bought from a – in my opinion - somehow fraudulent Bavaria Dealer in Japan, as documented in Links [2] and [3]. I posted my blog already several times in a Forum of the famous British Yachting Magazine PRACTICAL BOAT OWNER and consider the posting of this blog with the help of some very influential and powerful friends also in some German and International Yachting Magazines. Since the Manager of Bavaria’s Customer Services, Herr Werner Schurade, answered only two of my e-mails, and ignored the others with documents and photos proving manufacturing faults and responsibilities by Bavaria, I see no other way to achieve some sort of compensation for the manufacturing faults as well as mental and physical sufferings, as to publish and re-publish this URL or blog in Yachting Magazines all over the world, which will definitely not increase your sales prospective.
