Let me get my mind round this one, again.

After several appearances in this forum with a cascade of rambling complaints and assertions, the author is so disgusted with his boat that he takes it to sea, again and again, over a period of many months, to prove what - how grossly and irredeemably unreliable he finds his boat, his appalling ex wife, the unbearable awfulness of life, the stupidity of numerous authorities, boatbuilders and others he encounters on a voyage that rivals Frodo's stroll to Mordor...

And this is interesting, engaging, informative......?

Perhaps now the author has rectified his destabilising need for unquestioning sex, he will sail off out of our lives in his wreck of the Hesperades, and we will be eternally grateful.

PS. Least any forumite be distracted by the technical claims in his rant I refer you to the picture of the dropped rudder on the author's Bavaria; the lower bearing is exactly where it is supposed to be - the picture shows this. What is failing is the upper bearing - and the steering quadrant itself must be in one hell of a mess. Perhaps the author might attend to this between rampant sessions...? who know, and besides, who cares?
 
Very entertaining indeed! Here on the beautiful islands of the Philippines I learend how to istall a new Volvo Saildrive, which is very expensive due to the green paint! Yes, I could not have lost the rudder, because the rudder shaft's qudrant is hitting a bulkhead before the shaft slits out completely. And an addition is the automatic pilot, the flange of which also holds the rudder shaft in the hull. Concerning sex it seems that you have a problem, like I had it before visiting the very catholic Philippines! You can try it too, if you have the guts! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
 
Do you have by any chance a brother or relative with the name of Philip Gibbs (or similar spelling)? He saved my life with weather forcasts over the cellular as my radio equipment broke down in China!

Around here a sex offender and a bavaria owner seem to get about the same amount of respect, I suspect he's just confused.
