Trolling - a confession

OK. Time to fess up.

Several peeps asked recently what a troll / trolling was. So BarryH and myself (and latterly hlb) decided to demonstrate the coarse art of trolling, with a bit a gentle trolling of our own (nothing too serious, as we wanted to remain friends afterwards, and didn't want WWIII starting)

We aren't really completely bigoted petrol heads, and diesels are actually OK (well?..<g>) but we did have fun pretending to be. Thanks to all the good sports that responded and participated!

ooh, everyones being rather civil, I was keeping my head down waitng for the incoming, but the early warning has picked up nothing..........how bizzare, are people feeling ok!

The most obvious clue was that you were agreeing too much - given the number of posts on the thread any two people would have found some area of difference (however extreme!)

I hadn't realised you were trying to illustrate trolling - I just knew you were up to something!
