Boat just come back from repairs and the port side trim tabs have come back not working. They worked before they went.
I have emailed them to report it but I guess they are off now for a while, I dont like the fact they are not working.

The other side works fine.

I have the rubber type controls where you simply press up or down and the lights are on a slide scale next to each. The one that is not working has every other light on the other has no lights so something is wrong.

I have check for wires out and fuses and all seems ok does anyone know if there is an inline fuse or any other suggestions.

Also as I look in the rear of the engine bay I have 2 pumps identical one in each corner are these the trim tab motors one is for each trim tab??

Be in Brighton on visitor pontoon over new yr eve if anyone about for a beer

from your discription seems to be bennett,
have you checked the black cable that goes to the controll pannel ?
The connector can easyly disconnect, or partially disconnect
and giving this symptom
check if the connector sits right in place, at the back of the controll pannel,

I had a simialr problem on my Sealine S38. Those Trim Tabs were made by Eltrim. Anyway, the long and short of it was that I had to buy anew leg and fit it when the boat was out of the water. If water gets into the leg, it will cause the Trim Tab motor in the the Eltrim leg to fail. This could happen anytime and it may be just coincidence that they were working before the boat went for a repair and now they aren't.

If its a bennett trim system you normally have one pump for both trim tabs and two solenoid valves to pump the oil... if you press the tab control that is working you should be able to locate the pump from the noise. A common fault is that one of the solenoids goes faulty, these are normally marked by a red or green wire that corresponds to port or starboard. If you think that its one of these thats faulty and not a wiring fault you can test them by swapping them over and seeing if the fault swaps with them. Be careful when doing this as there is a piston and spring that can pop out when you remove them. Hope this helps.
